Reserve Your Date
Your chosen delivery date is treated in much the same way as an appointment in the salon.
When placing your order, you will select the date you require your nails by. All bespoke press-on orders are request-based rather than automatically confirmed, allowing us to review your requested date and production schedule before accepting your order. Once your date has been confirmed, your bespoke journey begins.
A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your order, with the remaining balance due once your design has been approved and before your nails are dispatched.

Tell Us About Your Nails
Following your booking, you'll complete your bespoke consultation form, giving us everything we need to begin creating your set.
You'll be able to share your preferred:
- Nail shape and length
- Colours and finishes
- Inspiration images
- Nail art preferences
- Occasion or event details
- Outfit, bridal or colour references
- Any particular details you'd like incorporated into your design
For colour-sensitive or highly specific designs, we may also arrange for physical colour samples or sample nails to be sent to you, ensuring your finished set is as close to your vision as possible.

Your Personalised Mould Kit
For your first bespoke set, we will send you everything required to create your individual finger moulds at home, together with clear instructions to guide you through the process.
These moulds allow us to create nails specifically to the contours and dimensions of your natural nails, rather than relying on standard sizing.
Once completed, simply return your moulds to us using the instructions provided.
Already have moulds with us? Even better. We retain your moulds as part of your bespoke client record, meaning you won't need to repeat this process every time you order. Where your natural nails have not significantly changed, we can use your existing moulds to begin creating your next set, making future orders considerably quicker and more effortless.

The Design Process
Once we have received your completed moulds and consultation form, we begin bringing your vision to life.
Depending on your chosen collection, your design experience may include a virtual consultation where we discuss your ideas, refine the details and explore the possibilities together.
For more intricate or highly bespoke sets, we may present design concepts, colour combinations or nail art options for your consideration before anything is made.
Nothing is produced until you are happy with the direction of your set.
Where your chosen package includes design revisions, we'll work together to refine the details until your design feels entirely yours.

Approval & Creation
Once your design has been confirmed, your bespoke nails enter production.
Each nail is individually crafted using your measurements and finished by hand. Our signature gives the nails additional structure and durability while maintaining the refined finish expected of a professionally created set. This is where your nails move beyond traditional press-ons: they are individually made, carefully finished and created specifically for you.
Once your design is approved, the remaining balance is collected before your set enters its final finishing and dispatch stage.

Your Set, Beautifully Presented
Your finished nails are carefully prepared and presented in our signature custom packaging, ready to become part of your collection.
Depending on your chosen package, you may also have the option to add replacement nails, additional spares or other elements to create your ideal bespoke nail wardrobe.
For London clients, selected collections may also include the option of a complimentary salon visit for professional application, allowing us to ensure your set is fitted beautifully for your occasion.
Made To Last Beyond One Wear
Unlike disposable press-on nails, our bespoke sets are designed with longevity and reusability in mind. With the correct care, your nails can be removed and reapplied, allowing you to enjoy your bespoke set again and again.
We also understand that life happens. A nail may be misplaced, damaged or simply experience more wear than the others.
That's why your bespoke order doesn't end when your nails leave us.

Additional Information
When your nails have been loved and worn, they don't necessarily need to be replaced.
Our bespoke sets can be , where appropriate, allowing us to restore, refresh and refine your existing nails so they can continue to be enjoyed. Whether you would like your original design refreshed, a finish renewed or elements of the set updated, refurbishment offers a more considered and sustainable alternative to continually starting from scratch.
Your moulds and design records remain with us, so your next experience is beautifully familiar while still allowing you to evolve your look.
Your nails are bespoke to you. Your collection should be too.
For complete peace of mind, replacement nails and additional spare nails are available depending on your chosen collection.
You may choose to include:

- Additional spares for frequently used fingers
- A complete additional set
- Bridal backup sets for your wedding day
For bridal clients, we particularly recommend a complete backup set. Your wedding nails should be one less thing to worry about on the day. Additional and replacement nails are available at an additional cost, dependent on the collection and level of artistry required.
Bespoke press-on nails require time to create, and every order is scheduled around the date you require them. When you submit your booking request, please select the , rather than the date you would like us to begin creating them. Your requested date will be reviewed alongside our production schedule before your order is accepted. Once we have received your completed moulds and consultation form, our standard production time is approximately 1-2 weeks.
For clients who have ordered with us previously and already have moulds on file, the process may be considerably quicker. Expedited services are available for those requiring their nails within a shorter timeframe, subject to availability. An additional fee may apply.
For time-sensitive occasions such as weddings, holidays and special events, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible.
